PixelMill is an award-winning creative technology studio..

The team designs unique digital experiences and immersive simulations, using cutting-edge tools to help clients innovate and stand out.

The studio is known for its high-quality visualisation work across sectors like property, sports, training, and retail.

We worked with PixelMill in an interim Director role, focusing on leading business growth 6 days per month and contributing to the leadership team.

The Challenge.

PixelMill had a strong creative reputation and an excellent delivery team. But they wanted to:
